Agent Hub are a Salesforce partner, and have built the UK's first CRM specifically for the property industry. The issue they faced was that their existing website didn’t communicate clearly what they were offering or position them as a viable option to an established marketplace.

Agent Hub had been growing their CRM platform for the past 2 years but mainly through word of mouth and existing connections. The current website didn’t capture what Agent Hub were about or showcase their product in a particularly good way. The language was complicated and there were no clear CTAs.
We began by conducting research into the existing marketplace, working closely with the CEO and talking with leading industry figures from the likes of Zoopla and PrimeLocation. We also conducted a research piece on the competition so we had confidence we would be building a website that addressed what property professionals wanted from a new CRM platform.
Agent Hub were clear they wanted to create some personality behind a rather faceless solution, so to bring to life the CRM tool we introduced the Agent Hub ‘Agents’ – a collection of illustrated characters that would be used across all marketing touchpoints to tell the story of the Agent Hub CRM.
The website is built using WordPress, the world leading CMS platform and utilises a number of integrations, including Salesforce. We simplified the copy on the site and highlighted the USPs with the use of headings to draw the user’s attention to the key points. With clear call-to-actions and a simple integration with Calendly to book demos, Agent Hub are now ready to challenge the status quo of property CRMs and change the way property professionals work now and in the future.
